Community Learning Disability Team requires a senior social worker Care manager for a temporary position to start ASAP. Our client is looking for an experienced (qualified) social worker to become a member of the multi-disciplinary team, carrying out assessments and creating care plans in line with the NHS and CCA requirements. This is a temp contract due to run for a minimum 4 months, reviewed in November 2010.
