Senior Residential Child Care Worker, Surrey

Senior Residential Child Care Workers for a private residential units across Surrey. Our client is looking for applicants to hold good levels of experience within children residential settings. This is a permanent position to start ASAP. Our client requires candidates to hold an NVQ level 3 qualification, CRB, UK driving license and access to a car.

Senior Residential Child Care Workers required for a Surrey based residential organisation for young people. Ideally our client would like applicants to hold an NVQ level 3 qualification or working towards this qualification. Our clients Residential Services are supplying specialist care in small units for vulnerable young people aged between 12 and 18 years, who have experienced trauma in their lives. The primary purpose of the role is to contribute and maintain the clients high standards of care, ensuring that the best interests of placed children can be met. This is an exciting opportunity for a worker who is keen to build on their existing social work skills, as you will receive on going training and personal developmentsupport. Each home is staffed by a dedicated team who have a wealth of experience and skills in caring for young women placed with our client.
