We are looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our clients busy adults referral and assessment team. This is a temporary position to start ASAP, Our client has outline for the position to run until the end of March, but could well become an on-going position. Our client is looking for a candidate who has experience working with complex needs within adults services.

Adults Qualified Social Worker - We are looking for an Qualified Social Worker to join our clients busy referral and assessment team. All applicants should have a background within adults services, older persons, learning disabilities and assessments. Based in a beautiful location, and with excellent amenities in a well established team with low turnover of staff, this presents as an excellent opportunity for an experienced main grade social worker looking to progress to more senior positions or an established social work practitioner looking to move their career on and make a contribution elsewhere. Candidates will need to ensure that care services are commissioned, delivered, monitored and reviewed in line with the agreed care plan. Candidates will also be required to manage a caseload, organise and co-ordinate packages of care, within the community, in conjunction with the carers, other members of the multi disciplinary team and statutory, voluntary, independent and private agencies. Candidates will need to hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car (essential), a DipSW certificate, GSCC registration, CRB issued in 20092010 and ideally available ASAP. Candidates will be required to demonstrate a flexible approach in the delivery of work within the service.
