Qualified Social Worker, Adult, Greater Manchester

X1 Vacancy for a qualified social worker based within the Greater Manchester, Adult and Community Services. The vacancy will run on a temporary contract to run for a 3 months contract. Candidates interested in this post must have a valid UK driving license. It is essential that all applicants have statutory experience working within an adults environment.

Qualified social worker required for Adult and Community Services based within Greater Manchester. Our client is looking for a candidate who holds extensive experience working within learning disabilities services for older adults. We require a flexible worker who will provide a dedicated approach to assessments and reviews. The candidate will be required 5 days a week within a Complex Care Team to work with Older People with Learning Disabilities. Our client is ideally looking for a candidate to hold a minimum 18 months experience within an adults care management services. The successful candidate will need to hold a DipSW or equivalent must be registered with the GSCC, have a current CRB (issued 20092010), hold a valid driving license and have constant access to a car. The post is looking to run for a minimum 3 months and could well move to a temp-to-perm contract.
